In designing the relationship, I will get a clear understanding of the needs for leadership development in your organization, and we will agree on the best course of action.

I will use the best coaching practices to help the leader achieve the desired result.

The content of the coaching conversation between the leader and me is always confidential.

To enhance results, we may be using analytical assessment tools such as the Hogan assessment, which give leaders a deep understanding of their performance capabilities, challenges, and underlying motivators.
Coaching outcomes
At the end of the assignment, we can measure the behavioral leadership changes, the impact on business results, and the ROI (return on investment) for the coaching.

Team Coaching

Your organization is only as strong as your team.

Team coaching is meant for organizations that want to create high-performing, passionate teams and accelerate the shift needed to an organizational transformation by improving the interrelationship between team members, interpersonal communication, and the team's spirit or tone.

In team coaching, focus is given on enhancing trust, respect, constructive interaction, optimism, camaraderie, communication, and diversity values. Its activities may consist of team evaluation by using team diagnostic assessment tools, individual coaching sessions, and live-action team coaching.
Team coaching is applicable for:
  • Senior management teams consisting of executives with broad organizational responsibilities wanting to improve internal synergy, efficiency, and cohesion.
  • Existing teams wishing to stimulate their dynamics and find new innovative ways to work together and enhance results.
  • New teams who have to establish fluent internal communication processes, build synergy and efficiency to come online and deliver fast results.
Coaching relationship
In designing the relationship, I will get a clear understanding of the organization's culture, the team's structure, and their issues. Based on the outcome of the analysis, we will decide the best course of action.
Coaching objectives
We will list the coaching goals for the team’s development and the expected business results in an agreement between the sponsor, the team leader(s), and myself.
Coaching process
Based on the objectives, I may engage other coaches with specific qualifications in the assignment. I will use the best coaching practices to help the organization achieve the desired results, which may consist of:
  • Individual coaching with team members
  • Life coaching sessions to observe team interaction and synergy.
  • Team diagnostic assessment tools, such as:

    • The 'Hogan Team Assessment Report', which analyzes the team's strengths and weaknesses, potential fracture lines, team culture, and shared values.
    • The 'TCI Team Diagnostic.'

Conversations between the individual team members and me are always confidential.

Coaching outcome
At the final end of the assignment, we will measure the changes in team conditions, the improvement of team performance, the sustained team results, and the ROI (return on investment) for the coaching.
